Our Story

Dastaangoi was founded in 2020 by Waleeya Ahmad and Amad Mian.

Dastaangoi as an organisation aims to promote the diversity and richness of contemporary South Asian art, design and culture to the world. We do this through, art exhibitions, artist residencies, programming, travel and products. 

We also work with diplomatic missions and the worlds biggest brands to create marketing and communication strategies to move society forward using art, design and culture.
