These metal working techniques can be dated back to the 16th century. Pakistan's rich history coupled with the ancient civilisations such as Harappa, Mohenjodaro, Taxila and even the Mughals were renowned for their metal handicrafts. This Dastaangoi Candle lamp is but a taste.
The brass candle lamps are made by hand, one at a time. Slight surface imperfections are embraced.
